    Watching Stefan Everts race brings new understanding to this term, barely ever looking like he is out of control, on the edge or even close to putting it on the line, yet with apparent ease he appears to cruise to GP victory after GP victory.  Watching him is pure poetry and the skills he has mastered is something we all strive towards.  But behind the scenes is countless hours of training, studying and preparation and years of decication and expierience.  Even with 9 world crowns Stefan still trains as hard as he did before his first world crown always working harder to become better and as the competition grows and the sport changes this is ever more important.  No one wins 9 world championships without a team around them and even a rider of Stefan's level still recieves coaching and ideas on how to improve from his personal team, riders don't just win national, regional or club level championships alone either. Whether it be a rider's parents or a coach it still takes a team of dedicated indivuals to maximise the potential of any racer.

     From learning the basic techniques to training and diet to approaching sponsors we at mxcoaching.com cover all of the attributes that provide a positive base for any rider to maximise their potential and realise their goals in our sport.  With 15 years motocross expierience Stephen has been racing since the age of 7 and through out this time has been club champion and still competes at national level riding for the Nigel Arnold Racing team in the Maxxis British Championship and KWS British Masters Championship.  Through sheer desire and dedication Stephen has overcome to odds and earned the right to compete against the nations best whilst also working as a full time coach. With a proven track record of success with many youths and adults Stephen provides the support, encouragement, knowledge and experience that every rider needs to maximise their potential and gain that all important edge over the competition.
